On October 1st, 2013 my daughter was attacked by our neighbor’s Pit Bull. Our county did nothing, allowing them to keep this dog no strings attached. Shortly after they got a second Pit Bull and the two together terrorized our family for more than a year. They would break the fence trying to get through, climb the fence, and attempt to dig under it always in a manner of attack.
