St. Petersburg, FL (April 11th) – On Saturday, April 11th, a woman charged with drunk driving collided with a St. Petersburg Police car. The crash occurred at 8:25 p.m.
The woman is 53-year-old Tracy Lynn Miracle of St. Petersburg. She was driving a Honda Civic along 5th Avenue North, close to 51st Street, when she collided with the police car.
Miracle declined hospital care, but was treated at the scene of the crash. The police officer who was in the patrol car was taken to the hospital but didn’t suffer any severe injuries.
Miracle has been charged with aggravated DUI for causing a crash with injuries.
