Personal Information the Fernandez Firm May Collect

The Fernandez Firm collects the following types of personal information: names, dates of birth, postal and e-mail addresses and phone numbers, inquiry and personal injury case related information. The Firm also may collect social security information from injured persons seeking legal representation or from individuals acting on behalf of an injured person, a minor child or a decedent for the purpose of requesting medical, health, wage loss and all records necessary to bring a personal injury claim, including background information.

The Fernandez Firm does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, unless that person is a minor client represented by parent or legal guardian and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

How the Fernandez Firm May Use Personal Information

Unless you consent, the Fernandez Firm will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to case inquiries, to handle your personal injury action and process discovery requests related to your legal action.  We will use such information to provide occasional greetings, legal and operational notices, in company recordkeeping and to conduct internal research regarding our company’s marketing practices.  Our research may lead to the internal publication of aggregate demographic data but will not result in the reporting or publication of any personal information provided to us.  At certain points where personal information is collected on our website, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a list to receive information about other Fernandez Firm programs, events and services and about ways to support the Fernandez Firm.  At any time, you can add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at www.info@fernandezfirm.com.

How Your Information May Be Shared

The Fernandez Firm never sells or rents personal information. We will release personal information under the following circumstances:

If your personal information changes or you would like to review the personal information we may have on file, please email us with the new information or your review request at www.info@fernandezfirm.com.  Let us also know the attorney who spoke with you about your potential personal injury case or represented you in your personal injury case so we may efficiently locate your information.

Computer Tracking and Cookies

Our website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors or potential clients. Our website logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our website.  This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to other veddors working directly with the Firm, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Fernandez Firm uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation and access to forms. You can still use the Fernandez Firm website if your browser is set to reject cookies.
